About Hoi Choi

Hoi Choi is a popular Pan Asian Restaurant in Doncaster that offers a fusion of traditional and modern cuisine.

The Situation

A brand new concept to Doncaster, Hoi Choi is one of the first Pan Asian restaurants in the city, offering a fusion of traditional and modern cuisine, featuring dishes from across Asia. Hoi Choi approached Visual Group as they required new signage for the exterior and interior of the building making sure to bring their designs to life. Working alongside the Hoi Choi team to create a bright, key catching and exciting environment to match the atmosphere of the restaurant.

The Solution

This project provided a number of different signage installations. The main external sign was manufactured from black aluminium composite material, hand crafted into the signage tray with the “HC” logo overlaid in vinyl. 3D built up LED illuminated letters and a flexible amber neon were both attached to the front of the tray to complete the exterior sign.

The interior signage consisted of multiple vinyl wall graphics and numerous internal flexible neon installations, from quotes above the bar to the logo emblem on arrival. Altogether creating a bold, colourful, exhilarating environment to match the resturants communal and inclusive atmosphere.
